Custom Orders

Since all sportswear is manufactured according to customer specifications, customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and according to the original payment method whenever applicable.
